What material are your frames?
All of my frames are solid wood. Each frame is decoupaged with beautiful paper and finished with a glossy lacquer.

Is custom ordering available?

I love to do special orders!  I will do my best to create exactly what you are looking for. If you would like a specific color, pattern or theme for a frame, please contact me to discuss design details and pricing.

Do you do personalization on the frames?
I am happy to add a name or monogram to make your frame a truly unique keepsake and gift. Personalization has an added fee of $3.00. Please note that some frames work better than others to add text, based on the design and embellishments. If you would like guidance on choosing the perfect frame and/or text for your needs, please contact me.

When will my order be shipped?
All of the frames are made to order. Therefore, please allow approximately 2 weeks for your item(s) to ship. If you need to expedite your order, please contact me and I will do everything possible to accommodate the rush timing.

What are the shipping details?
It is extremely important to me that you receive your order in a timely manner. Your purchase will be shipped USPS priority mail (2-3 days) with delivery confirmation/tracking. Please contact me if you need overnight shipping.
Orders over $75 have FREE SHIPPING.

 

Do you offer refunds/exchanges?
Personalized items are not returnable-- all sales are final. Please be sure to check spelling before placing your order as well as product specifications. All custom-made and/or personalized frames are created per your specifications and are personalized just for you. Therefore, they are non-returnable unless it is my error. If I have made a mistake, I welcome the opportunity to resolve the error immediately. Please contact me within 5 days of receiving your item to discuss any concerns. 

 

Do you gift wrap?
I am happy to gift wrap an item and include a personalized gift card for an additional $4.95. You will be asked if you would like to include this option when adding products to the shopping cart.
